The cathedral choir renders regularly for Sunday services, weddings, and other church activities such as Christmas socials and Meltho conventions. During the covid- 19 lockdown situation, it was a matter of pride that the cathedral choir was chosen by the Meltho committee for rendering the convention songs of Meltho 2022 on behalf of Bangalore diocese that was conducted as a virtual event.
Under the able guidance of Anish Bruce, the cathedral choir has taken part and won several prizes in choir competitions all over Bangalore city and even in Kerala in the past few years. Many of the songs rendered at these competitions have been composed by the choir members themselves and these songs have been presented by other church choirs across the world too. Cathedral choir has thus been instrumental in making the presence felt for the Orthodox Syrian Christian church among the Bangalore Choral community. The official choir youtube channel is

• This year(2023) we had participated for a few competitions and secured prizes. Along we had performed in Magnificant (Christmas social organised by Christ University).
• We secured Runners up for Yuletide - Carol Competition, organised by Pitruvedi & CYSAC, St.Alphonsa Forane Church, Sultanpalaya.
• We were the Winners for Zamar-2023, Carol singing competition organised by the MGOCSM & OCYM of Malankara Orthodox, Bangalore Diocese.
• We were also the Winner for Christmas Choir Competition, Organised by Interact Plus at VR Mall, Bangalore.
• We had performed at ‘Maginificat - A SONG OF HOPE’, organised by Christ University.
